Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Customers can apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition upon delivery.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Product damage caused by customer misuse, improper operation, or improper installation.

• Custom-made or bespoke wooden products.

• Items without original packaging.

• Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.

3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved:

The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

The refund amount will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged or defective, the customer can choose to:

· Receive a replacement product (subject to availability), or

Receive a full refund.

5. Shipping Costs

· Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (product error or damage).

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
